Overall the trading experience has been reliable. Orders generally go through quickly and the spreads have been competitive for the times I trade. The platform connection has been stable for me and I haven’t had any major interruptions during active sessions. What kept it from being a 5-star experience is the deposit/withdrawal flow feeling a bit more “process-heavy” than I expected. Deposits landed fine, but I had to double-check a couple of steps (and the confirmation messages weren’t always as clear as they could be). Support was helpful when I asked basic account questions and they didn’t try to oversell me. Response time was decent, not instant, but I got clear answers. Net: good broker for regular trading, with a few UX/clarity improvements needed around payments and notifications.

Overall the spreads and fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts. Withdrawals did go through, but my last one took longer than I expected because I had to re-upload a document after it was rejected for being slightly blurry. Support was polite and clear, but it still added a day. The main reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the platform experience on mobile—charts are fine, but switching between instruments and managing alerts feels a bit clunky compared to what I’m used to. If they polish the mobile flow and make the verification/withdrawal steps more transparent, it would be close to perfect for me.
