I’m Omar based in Dubai and I’ve been using GTCFX as one of my secondary accounts for intraday trades on majors (mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD). Overall the execution has been consistent for my style—orders go through without weird requotes and the spreads feel fair during normal liquidity. The portal is clean and account verification was straightforward. Deposits via card were instant on my side, which I appreciated. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as quickly as I expected; it took a couple of business days longer than my bank transfers with other brokers. Support was responsive on chat and they followed up by email, but the answers were a bit templated. If withdrawals become a bit more predictable, it would be an easy 5/5 for me. For now, it’s a good broker experience with one operational area to polish.

Withdrawals have worked, but one payout took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support to get an update. Support was polite and gave me a clear status instead of copy‑paste answers. Biggest downside for me is the client dashboard/mobile flow—it’s not hard, but it could be more intuitive when checking transaction history and downloading statements. If they polish the UI and keep execution consistent, I’d be happy to stick with them.
