I’m Neha Gupta from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall execution on MT5 feels stable—market orders go through quickly during normal sessions and I haven’t seen many random disconnects. Deposit was straightforward using local bank transfer. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that the estimated processing time wasn’t clearly explained on the deposit page, so the first time I kept checking if I did something wrong. Once the funds arrived, everything worked as expected. Withdrawals have been okay but not “instant.” My last withdrawal took longer than I anticipated (still within a few business days), and I would prefer more frequent status updates inside the client portal rather than only an email. Support was polite and solved my login issue quickly, but for timeline questions they tend to reply with generic ranges. If they improve the tracking/status messaging, I’d be fully satisfied.

Smooth onboarding and decent spreads, but withdrawals could be faster

I’m Kavya Singh from Pune and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my job. I opened a Standard account with GTCFX about six months ago mainly for major FX pairs. Account opening and KYC were straightforward and I was able to start trading the same day. Execution on EUR/USD and GBP/USD has been stable for my style (mostly intraday, 1–3 trades/day). Spreads have generally been reasonable during normal market hours, and the platform felt reliable with no major disconnects on my side. Deposits via card/UPI-style options were quick and reflected in the balance without confusion. The one area I’d like improved is withdrawals: they did arrive, but one request took longer than I expected and the status updates weren’t very detailed. Support replied politely and eventually clarified the steps, but I’d prefer clearer timelines inside the client portal. Overall I’m satisfied and will keep using it, just hoping they tighten withdrawal turnaround and communication.

Overall, my experience with GTCFX has been positive: orders usually fill quickly and I haven’t noticed random disconnects during normal market hours. Spreads felt reasonable on major pairs for the style I trade (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD), and the platform setup was straightforward. Where I think they can improve is the client portal. Some of the wording around account settings and funding history isn’t very intuitive, and I had to click around more than I expected to find certain statements. Support was polite and helpful when I asked, but I’d prefer if the portal made things self-explanatory. Deposits were smooth for me, withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I hoped (not a problem, just not “instant”). If they refine the portal and speed up payout processing a bit, it would be an easy 5 stars from me.

Fair broker, but tracking on withdrawals should improve

Neha from Pune. I’ve been using GTCFX Standard account for 6 months. Deposited via UPI and it was instant. I trade mainly EURUSD and GBPUSD, sometimes XAUUSD. Spreads are acceptable most of the time. Withdrawals to bank transfer took 3–4 working days for me. Not a huge issue, but there’s no clear tracking/status update unless you ask support. Support is polite, but responses can be slow during weekends. Overall an average 3-star experience.

Trading okay hai, but news time pe spreads kaafi badh jaate

Hyderabad se hoon. GTCFX Standard account use kar raha hoon around 5 months. Deposit maine crypto (USDT TRC20) se kiya tha—within 30-40 min wallet se account me aa gaya. Main mostly EURUSD, GBPUSD aur kabhi kabhi NAS100 bhi karta hoon. Normal days pe spreads theek lagte, execution also okay. Lekin news time pe spreads wide ho jaate and slippage aa jata. Mujhe 2 baar aisa hua ki entry price expected se thoda upar fill hua on GBPUSD. Withdrawal maine USDT me hi kiya. First time 24 hours ke andar aa gaya, second time around 3 days lag gaye. Support polite hai but clear reason nahi batate—bas ‘in process’. Isliye 3 star, average type broker feel hua.
