Karan from Gurugram. I’ve been on a Standard account with MultiBank Group for about 5 months. I mainly trade EUR/USD and USD/JPY. Deposits: Used card deposit (instant) and one bank transfer (same day). Trading: For normal conditions, I can’t complain much. But around major announcements I saw noticeable spread expansion and some negative slippage on market orders. Withdrawals: I withdrew twice to my bank account; one took 2 working days, the other took 4 working days. Had to email once to get an update. Support: Support is reachable, but the information is not very detailed. Overall: average broker experience, neither great nor terrible.

I’m Omar Hassan from Sharjah and I’ve been trading with MultiBank Group for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the experience has been good: orders go through smoothly during normal market hours and the platform connection has been stable for my day trades on majors. Deposits were straightforward (I used a bank card), and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I expected—one of my payouts took longer than the earlier one and I had to check the status twice before it landed. Support was polite and actually followed up, but I still feel the website could explain trading costs more clearly (spreads vs. any extra charges depending on instrument/account). If they improve transparency and make withdrawals more consistent, it would easily be a 5 for me.

Solid execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Execution has been consistent for my style (short holds and a few news trades), and spreads have generally been in line with what I expected. The platform connection has been stable with only a couple of brief hiccups. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly. Execution theek hai, withdrawals pe thoda stress

Main Mumbai se hoon (Arjun). MultiBank Group pe Standard account use kar raha hoon around 8 months. Trading mostly EUR/USD aur XAU/USD pe karta hoon, sometimes GBP/JPY. Deposit: UPI se kiya tha (PhonePe), first time within 10-15 min reflect ho gaya. Is part me koi issue nahi. Trading: Spreads normal times me ok lagte hain, but London open ke time aur news (NFP) ke around slippage notice hua. MT5 pe execution generally fast hai, but gold me kabhi-kabhi spread wide ho jata hai. Withdrawal: Problem yahin aayi. Bank transfer (HDFC) pe 1 withdrawal 2 din me aa gaya, but ek baar $480 ke around request kiya to 5 working days lag gaye. Support ne bola “processing + bank time” but clear timeline nahi diya. Support: Chat pe reply milta hai, but same scripted answers type. Overall average experience—broker scam nahi laga, but consistency improve karni chahiye.
