Solid execution, but the fee/spread picture could be clearer

I’m Omar Hassan from Sharjah and I’ve been trading with MultiBank Group for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the experience has been good: orders go through smoothly during normal market hours and the platform connection has been stable for my day trades on majors. Deposits were straightforward (I used a bank card), and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I expected—one of my payouts took longer than the earlier one and I had to check the status twice before it landed. Support was polite and actually followed up, but I still feel the website could explain trading costs more clearly (spreads vs. any extra charges depending on instrument/account). If they improve transparency and make withdrawals more consistent, it would easily be a 5 for me.
