Solid execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Neha from Chennai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Execution has been consistent for my style (short holds and a few news trades), and spreads have generally been in line with what I expected. The platform connection has been stable with only a couple of brief hiccups. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did go through, but my first one took longer than I anticipated because I had to re-check some verification details in the client portal. Support was polite and helped me understand what was missing, though I had to follow up once. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I’d love a cleaner, faster client-area experience and clearer status updates during withdrawal processing.
