Solid platform for my style, but FX feels a bit “add-on”

I’m Sara from Al Ain and I’ve been using Charles Schwab for about 6 months. Overall the experience has been reliable and professional, especially on the web platform. Order tickets are clear, I rarely see downtime, and the account area feels well organized. For spot FX specifically, it sometimes feels like it isn’t the main focus compared to other markets. I had to click around more than I expected to find certain FX-related reports, and some of the terminology in statements took me a moment to understand. Deposits were straightforward and credited when they said they would. Withdrawals also worked, but I did have one transfer that took longer than my “usual expectation” (not a huge issue, just not as fast as I hoped). Support was polite and knowledgeable; the first agent couldn’t answer one detail about statement formatting, but they escalated it and followed up. Not perfect for a pure FX-only workflow, but as a dependable broker experience it’s been good for me so far.
