I’m Ahmed from Dubai and I’ve been trading FX and gold on a Standard account with PurpleTrading for the last 6 months. The main reason I stayed is execution: most of my market orders fill cleanly and spreads on majors are generally competitive during London/NY overlap. I also like that the platform choices are familiar and the pricing feels consistent from day to day. My only real frustration is the client area. A couple of times the dashboard took too long to update after I moved funds or changed leverage settings, which made me double-check everything. It eventually synced, but it’s not as slick as some other brokers. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one payout took longer than I expected because the status sat on “processing” for most of the day. Support was polite and got back to me with a clear timeline, so I’m still comfortable using them—just hoping they tighten up the portal experience a bit.

Execution on MT platforms felt stable during normal sessions and spreads were competitive for a Standard-style setup. Deposits went through without any drama and the client area is straightforward. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC step. It wasn’t “hard”, just slower than I expected, with a couple of back-and-forth messages to confirm documents. Support was polite and helpful, but I had to wait for a response once when I wrote late evening India time. Withdrawals worked for me, but one of my requests took an extra business day compared to what I was expecting (still arrived, just slower). Overall I’m comfortable using them for regular trading, but I’d like to see faster verification and slightly quicker withdrawal processing.
