My overall experience with PurpleTrading has been positive: spreads during normal liquidity feel fair and execution is consistent on my side (no weird re-quotes when I’m using market orders). Onboarding/KYC was straightforward and I liked that the account area shows the key info clearly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client portal can feel a bit clunky on mobile—some pages load slowly and it takes a couple of extra taps to find statements. Support was polite and did follow up, but I had to wait longer than I expected for one ticket reply. Still, once they responded, the answer was clear and they didn’t try to push me into changing my strategy or depositing more.
