Overall the trading experience has been solid: orders generally execute quickly and I don’t feel like spreads jump around excessively during normal market hours. Deposits were straightforward from my side and the funds reflected in a reasonable time. Withdrawals did come through, but one payout took longer than I expected and I had to double-check the status in the client portal a couple of times. Support has been helpful when I asked basic platform and account questions. My only real gripe is that the account reporting/statement layout could be more transparent for fees and swaps—everything is there, but it takes extra clicks and manual checking to reconcile.
