Ok broker, but withdrawals thoda slow and support average

Main Saurav (Noida) last ~8 months se Aj Bell use kar raha hoon. Start me onboarding smooth tha and Standard account pe EUR/USD aur GBP/USD mostly intraday trade kiya. Spreads normal rehte hain but London open ke time kabhi-kabhi spike feel hota hai. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha (first time INR 25,000) and credit within 10-15 mins aa gaya. Problem withdrawals me aayi—pehla withdrawal INR 18,000 bank transfer pe 3 working days laga, second time 2 days me aa gaya. Support ko email kiya tha withdrawal status ke liye, reply next day aaya with generic tracking info. Platform stable hai, charts ok, but fees/charges ka breakdown thoda clearly show nahi hota. Overall usable, but expecting faster withdrawals and better live support.
