Stable for basic trades, but customer care slow on weekends

Meera Menon from Thiruvananthapuram. Aj Bell pe ~8 months se account hai. Mostly GBP/USD aur AUD/USD trade karti hoon, low frequency. Deposit UPI se kiya (₹30,000) and quickly reflect hua. Withdrawal (₹10,000) bank transfer pe 2-3 days laga. Issue tab hua jab weekend pe query raise ki—support ka reply Monday afternoon aaya. Platform crash nahi hua mere side, but stop-loss modify karte time kabhi lag feel hua. Overall 3 stars because it’s workable but service improvement chahiye.
