Execution felt quick and I rarely saw weird re-quotes. Spreads were generally tight, though they can widen around news which is expected. The client portal has a lot of sections and sometimes it took me a minute to find the exact report or statement I needed. Deposits were smooth through my card and I could see the balance update quickly. Withdrawals worked, but one of my bank transfers took longer than I expected, so I keep a little buffer now. Support was polite and answered clearly when I asked about swap rates and statement downloads. Overall I’m satisfied, but I’d love a simpler dashboard and more clarity on processing timelines.

Good spreads, average support during peak hours
