Using from New Delhi. I trade mostly USD/JPY and EUR/USD, occasionally XAU/USD. Deposited via international bank transfer in USD; it reflected the next business day. Trading experience is generally reliable—orders go through, charts are stable, and during normal volatility I didn’t face major issues. The downside is service speed. I raised a query about swap/rollover charges on a USD/JPY position and it took almost a full day to get a detailed response. Live chat agents were courteous but kept redirecting me to email for specifics. Withdrawals are not instant either. My last withdrawal to my bank took around 4 business days. Not a scam vibe, just slow and not very transparent on expected timelines. Overall: decent broker for steady trading, but they need faster, clearer support and quicker withdrawals.

Okay-ish broker, but communication could be better

Main Sneha Iyer (Chennai) hoon. Standard account use kiya around 7 months. Deposit maine Visa credit card se kiya tha—instant credit. Trading: EUR/USD and AUD/USD mostly. Normal conditions me fills fine, but jab volatility high hoti hai tab stop/limit executions me difference aa jata hai. One time AUD/USD pe my limit order filled, but a slight delay (few seconds) and price moved away. Withdrawal: $300 withdraw to bank transfer. It took 5 business days including one extra day because ‘compliance review’. They didn’t explain until I emailed. Support team polite hai, but updates proactively nahi dete. Overall average experience.

Execution theek hai, but withdrawals pe follow-up karna padta hai

Main Arjun Mehta (Mumbai) hoon. Charles Schwab pe Standard account use kiya around 8 months. Deposit maine HDFC debit card se kiya tha (USD convert hoke). Deposit instant ho gaya, isme no issue. Trading: Mostly EUR/USD, GBP/USD aur kabhi-kabhi XAU/USD. Normal market me spreads ok lage, but news time (NFP/US CPI) pe slippage noticeable tha—stop loss expected price se 6-12 pips away fill hua couple times. Withdrawal: First withdrawal $250 via bank transfer request kiya. Status ‘processing’ 2-3 days tak raha, phir support se chat kiya tab jaake next day release hua. Total 5 business days lag gaye. Second time faster tha (3 business days). Support: Polite but thoda template replies. Overall average experience—platform stable, but withdrawals me proactive hona padta.

Works fine for long trades, not great for fast scalps

Karan Malhotra from Gurugram. Using Charles Schwab Standard account for 10 months. Funded via bank transfer (HDFC) and deposits were consistent—same day credit. I trade EUR/USD and USD/JPY. For longer holds, pricing is okay. But when I tried quick scalps during NY session, I noticed occasional requote-like behaviour where the order takes a bit longer and the fill is a few pips off. Withdrawals: two withdrawals so far. First one took 3 business days, second took 5 business days due to ‘review’. Money did come, but timelines are unpredictable. Support: chat is available, but they keep asking for ticket numbers and screenshots. Overall 3/5.

Decent broker, but weekend requests get stuck till mid-week

From Lucknow. Standard account. I mostly trade EUR/USD and gold (XAU/USD) with small position sizes. Platform stability has been fine and pricing looks okay in normal conditions. My deposit through bank transfer was smooth and credited in about 2 working days. The main friction has been withdrawals—if I place a request on Friday evening, it basically moves only after Monday. One of my withdrawals took 4 business days end-to-end. Support is reachable, but they mostly give generic timelines instead of clear tracking. It’s not bad, just not very fast on the operations side. That’s why 3 stars.
