Solid platform and reporting, but FX execution feels secondary

I’m Saad from Abu Dhabi and I opened a Standard account mainly because I wanted everything (investments + cash management) under one roof. The platform is stable and I really like the clarity of statements and the way performance/reporting is organized. For someone who tracks positions and needs clean records, that part is excellent. On the trading side, my experience is that FX is available but it doesn’t feel like the main focus compared to other products. Order placement is straightforward, but I had to spend extra time finding the exact settings and screens I wanted. Spreads and execution were acceptable for my swing trades, but I wouldn’t choose it for fast scalping. Deposit was smooth from my side with no surprises. Withdrawals worked, just not as quick as I expected the first time because of verification/processing steps. Support was professional and calm, even if the answers sometimes felt more “process” than “trader-to-trader.” Overall, it’s a dependable option if you value stability and paperwork, with a few minor friction points for active FX trading.
