Gurugram se hoon. Derayah Standard account 5 months use kiya. Deposit via debit card, instant. Trading mostly EUR/USD aur USD/CHF. Platform stable, no major downtime. Problem KYC mein hua—bank statement clear hone ke baad bhi 2 baar “not readable” bol ke reject kiya. Withdrawal ek baar 3 working days mein aaya, so okay. Support polite but repetitive questions puchte rahe, same documents dubara maange. Overall average.

Execution theek, customer support thoda slow

Karan, Gurugram se. Derayah Standard account pe 6 months ka experience hai. Main mostly USD/JPY aur EUR/USD trade karta hoon. Normal market mein fills ok milte hain, but high volatility (Fed day) pe slippage aur spread widening dikha. Deposit: maine bank transfer (SBI NEFT) kiya tha, same day credit. Withdrawal: ek baar 3 working days, ek baar 5 working days. Koi issue nahi hua but status updates clear nahi the. Support ka response aata hai but late—kabhi-kabhi 24 hours+ lag jata hai. Agar urgent query ho to frustrating ho sakta hai. Overall 3 stars: workable, but improvements needed in communication.

Not bad, but needs faster payouts and clearer communication

I’m from Lucknow and have used Derayah for about 9 months (Standard account). Deposits through Axis Bank netbanking were smooth and credited within the same day. I trade EUR/USD, AUD/USD and gold occasionally. On normal days, order placement is fine. During high volatility, spreads widen and I’ve seen minor slippage on XAU/USD. Withdrawals are average: my first payout was received in 2 working days, but the second one took 5 working days. It did reach my bank account, but the process felt slower than expected and there wasn’t much proactive communication. Support: they respond, but you need to follow up if you want a concrete timeline. Overall, it’s a middle-of-the-road experience.

Chennai se hoon. Derayah Standard account 6 months use kiya. Deposit maine bank transfer (NEFT) se kiya tha, same day reflect ho gaya. Trading: EUR/USD, AUD/USD aur thoda XAU/USD. App stable lagi, charting ok. Lekin volatility mein spread widen hota hai, especially US session. Withdrawal experience mixed: ek baar 2 working days, ek baar 5 working days lag gaye. Support se call back ka promise mila but actual mein email reply hi aaya. Overall manageable but improvement needed.

Works, but fees/spreads feel a bit heavy sometimes

Vikram from Jaipur. Using Derayah around 4 months. I trade mostly GBP/JPY and EUR/GBP. The account opening and KYC were straightforward and my first deposit via bank transfer (HDFC) reflected within a few hours. My issue is the trading costs during active hours—GBP/JPY spread can widen quite a bit during early Asia, and that impacts entries. Execution is okay but not the tightest. Withdrawals: received in 3–4 working days to my bank account. Not blocked, just not fast. Support is average; they respond in a day, but for urgent trade-related queries it’s slow. For casual trading it’s fine, but if you are cost-sensitive you’ll feel it.
