I’m trading from Ajman and opened a Standard account mainly for USD/JPY and EUR/USD. Overall my experience with Monex has been steady: order execution feels consistent and I don’t get random requotes during normal liquidity. The charts and order ticket do the job, but the UI feels a bit dated compared to newer apps, and I had to spend time customizing the layout to match my workflow. Deposits were straightforward (no surprises on the amount received), but withdrawals took a little longer than I expected on one occasion, so I’m giving that a slightly lower score. Support was polite and knowledgeable when I asked about margin settings and trading hours; they answered clearly, just not instantly. For me it’s a reliable place to trade, especially if you value stability over flashy features.

The platform has been stable for me with no random disconnects during active sessions, and I like how the account statements and trade history export cleanly (helps when I reconcile my journal). Spreads and fills have been consistent on normal market hours. During a couple of high-volatility news minutes I did see wider spreads, but nothing that felt out of line compared to what I expect in those conditions. My only real friction was the onboarding/KYC side. It wasn’t a “problem” but it took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t accepted. Once the account was live, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Overall I’m comfortable keeping this as one of my regular accounts, but I’d like to see faster account verification and clearer status updates during onboarding.
