I’m Sanjay from Pune and I’ve been using Monex for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the trading experience is solid—orders on major FX pairs feel consistent and I haven’t noticed random re-quotes. Spreads are generally reasonable during normal hours, but they widen a bit around big news, so I avoid entering right at the release. Deposits were straightforward from my side and the funds reflected without drama. Withdrawals have been okay but not the fastest; one bank transfer took longer than I expected and the status updates inside the portal were not very detailed. Support has been polite and helpful when I asked about margin requirements and contract specs, though it sometimes takes a while to get a clear written confirmation. If they improve the platform/app speed and add more transparent withdrawal tracking, it would easily be a 5/5 for me.

Stable execution and clean reporting, but onboarding felt slow

The platform has been stable for me with no random disconnects during active sessions, and I like how the account statements and trade history export cleanly (helps when I reconcile my journal). Spreads and fills have been consistent on normal market hours. During a couple of high-volatility news minutes I did see wider spreads, but nothing that felt out of line compared to what I expect in those conditions. My only real friction was the onboarding/KYC side. It wasn’t a “problem” but it took longer than I expected and I had to re-upload one document because the first upload wasn’t accepted. Once the account was live, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Overall I’m comfortable keeping this as one of my regular accounts, but I’d like to see faster account verification and clearer status updates during onboarding.
