The main drawback for me is the overall platform experience. The client portal feels a bit clunky, and a couple of times my saved settings didn’t stick after logging out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it makes the broker feel less polished compared to others I’ve used. Deposits via card/UPI worked, and the funds showed up the same day. Withdrawals have been successful, but not very fast—one payout took longer than I planned for, so now I keep extra margin instead of relying on quick withdrawals. Support is polite and responds, but I often had to explain the issue twice before it got to someone who could actually resolve it.
