Solid evaluation rules, but the dashboard could be smoother

I’m Rohit from Gurugram and I’ve been using Topstep for about 6 months. The evaluation structure feels clear and consistent, and I like that the rules are written in plain language (so you’re not guessing what breaks a rule). Order execution has been fine for my style (mostly intraday, small size), and the trading days requirement is reasonable. What keeps this from being a 5-star experience is the overall “account management” flow. The dashboard is functional but sometimes feels a step slower than it should be when you’re checking limits, trailing rules, or daily loss numbers. I also had a couple of moments where I wished the in-app explanations were more visual (examples of how the drawdown/trailing logic changes through the day). Deposits were straightforward with no surprises. Withdrawals weren’t bad, but the processing timeline felt a bit longer than I expected and required me to double-check status updates. Support was helpful when I asked about payout steps, though I had to follow up once to get a complete answer. Overall: good program, serious rules, and workable platform experience—just needs a more polished dashboard and clearer progress tracking.
