Smooth execution, but the portal feels a bit dated

I’m Priya from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall my experience has been positive: orders fill quickly during normal market hours and I didn’t see random requotes on the trades I placed. Spreads were generally reasonable for my style (intraday, 2–5 trades/day), though they do widen around major news as expected. Deposit was straightforward and credited without drama. Withdrawals did arrive, but one payout took longer than I expected because my documents had to be rechecked in the client area. Support answered on chat and clearly explained what they needed, so it got resolved, but the back-and-forth was a little tiring. Main improvement I’d like is a more modern client dashboard with clearer status updates for verification and payouts. Otherwise, it’s been a reliable broker for my basic forex trading.
