Solid execution, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Khalid from Al Ain and I’ve been trading on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall the platform has been stable for me and execution on majors like EUR/USD has felt consistent during normal liquidity. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), and the account opening process was straightforward. My only real issue is the withdrawal experience. Nothing was “blocked”, but the status updates were a bit vague and it took longer than I expected compared to how fast deposits reflect. I’d like to see clearer timelines and more transparent tracking inside the client area. Support was polite when I asked for an update, but I still had to follow up once. If they improve the communication on withdrawals, I’d rate it higher.
