I’m Layla from Ajman and I’ve been using JustMarkets on a Standard account for about 6 months, mostly trading EURUSD and gold during London/NY overlap. Execution on MT5 has been consistent for me and I rarely see random requotes. Spreads are generally okay for a standard account, and the app + portal feel straightforward. Deposits went through without drama (bank card and one local transfer test). The only area I’d like improved is withdrawal speed/clarity: my last withdrawal wasn’t stuck, but it took longer than I expected and I had to double-check the status page a few times. Support replied politely and explained the steps, but the timeline could be communicated better. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep it as one of my accounts, just hoping they streamline the withdrawal status updates.

Execution has been consistent for my intraday trades and I haven’t seen random platform freezes during active sessions. Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, though they widen during major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly in my account. Where I think they can improve is the withdrawal communication: the payout did arrive, but the status updates inside the client area felt vague, so I had to double-check with support to confirm the processing stage. Support was polite and answered in a decent time, but I’d like more proactive tracking updates for withdrawals so I don’t need to chase.
