I’m Fatima from Ajman and I’ve been trading with JustMarkets for about 6 months on a Standard account. The setup was quick and I was able to start on MT5 the same day. For my usual EURUSD and gold scalps, execution feels consistent and I don’t get random platform freezes. Deposits by card were instant for me and the portal is simple, but I wish the website explained the processing/FX conversion fees more clearly. I only understood the final amount after seeing it on my bank side. Withdrawals do arrive, but they’re not always as fast as the deposit—one time it took longer than I expected and I had to double-check the status in the cabinet. Support is responsive in chat and they answered my questions about leverage and trading hours without pushing me to deposit more. Overall it’s a good experience and I’m keeping the account, I just want more transparency around the costs that happen outside the spread.

Execution has been consistent for my intraday trades and I haven’t seen random platform freezes during active sessions. Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, though they widen during major news which is expected. Deposits were straightforward and reflected quickly in my account. Where I think they can improve is the withdrawal communication: the payout did arrive, but the status updates inside the client area felt vague, so I had to double-check with support to confirm the processing stage. Support was polite and answered in a decent time, but I’d like more proactive tracking updates for withdrawals so I don’t need to chase. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll continue using it for moderate position sizes.
