I’m Kavya from Hyderabad and I’ve been using FXGiants on and off for a few months. The platform itself feels stable and my orders generally go through without weird re-quotes, which is the main thing I care about for intraday trades. Spreads were acceptable on majors during normal hours, though they widened more than I expected around high-impact news. My biggest gripe is that some of the charges aren’t explained in a very beginner-friendly way. I had a couple of overnight holds where the swap/rollover impact surprised me, and I had to dig through FAQs and statements to figure out what happened. Support did respond and explained it, but I wish it was more transparent upfront. Deposits were smooth for me. Withdrawals worked, but not as fast as I hoped—nothing dramatic, just a bit of waiting and extra confirmation steps. Overall it’s usable, but I’d rate it higher if the cost breakdown and statement descriptions were clearer.

Overall the fills were acceptable on market orders and I didn’t notice anything “weird” with price spikes beyond what you’d expect during big news.
