Overall the fills were acceptable on market orders and I didn’t notice anything “weird” with price spikes beyond what you’d expect during big news. The part that slowed me down was the back-office side: the client area feels a bit clunky on mobile and I had to double-check where to find statements and swap details. Account setup was straightforward and I was able to get trading quickly. Spreads were fine on majors during normal hours, but on XAUUSD and around high-impact releases they widened more than I’m comfortable with, so I reduced my size and avoided holding through announcements. Support was polite and followed up, but answers sometimes sounded scripted and I needed a second message to get a clear step-by-step. I’d keep it as a secondary account for certain pairs, but not my main one unless the portal and transparency around costs improve.
