Where it loses points is the account portal and small operational frictions. On my phone, the dashboard sometimes takes extra steps to find basic things like funding status and statement downloads. Also, fee/processing details could be presented more clearly before you confirm a deposit or withdrawal. Support was polite and did respond, but I still had to follow up once to get a straight answer about cut-off times and how long a request stays “pending.” Not a disaster, but it doesn’t feel as streamlined as it could.
