I trade forex and gold on ThinkMarkets from Lucknow. Platform is stable and deposits are quick via Skrill. One withdrawal took extra verification and four days, which was frustrating but I did receive the full amount.

I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD on a Standard account. Overall, ThinkMarkets has been reliable for my style (intraday + a few swing holds). Spreads on majors are generally reasonable and I haven’t noticed weird price jumps during normal liquidity. Platform stability is fine on desktop, but the mobile app feels a bit heavy—sometimes charts take a second to refresh when I switch timeframes. Deposits went through without drama using my usual card/transfer route, and the client portal is straightforward. Support was helpful when I asked about margin requirements for gold; they answered clearly, but I did have to wait a few hours for a follow-up. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t instant for me—it took a couple business days and the status updates in the portal were a little vague. Nothing alarming, just room to improve communication. If they polished the mobile performance and made withdrawal tracking clearer, I’d rate it higher.

Hyderabad se ThinkMarkets try kiya. Deposit toh ho gaya tha easily but withdrawal process bahut slow laga. Platform theek hai, lekin payout speed disappointing thi.

My overall experience with ThinkMarkets has been positive: account setup was quick, the platform felt stable, and my orders generally filled close to the price I clicked. What I liked: the dashboard is easy to navigate, margin and P/L are clearly displayed, and I didn’t have to fight the app to place stops/limits. Deposits worked on the first attempt and showed up without drama. What could improve: spreads during busy sessions (especially on gold) sometimes widen more than I expected, and it’s not always obvious beforehand what the “typical” vs “peak” conditions will look like. Also, the swap/overnight charges were a bit confusing at first—I had to double-check the contract details to understand why a couple of holding trades looked slightly different than my back-of-the-envelope math. Support was responsive and polite, but the first reply felt templated and I only got a clear answer after I asked a follow-up with screenshots. Overall I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love more transparent cost explanations inside the platform (not just on a help page).

Spreads on majors feel competitive for a Standard setup, and the platform is stable enough for day trading. Deposits were straightforward from my side and credited without drama, but I’m giving withdrawals a slightly lower score because one payout took longer than I expected due to additional verification steps (it was eventually completed). Support was helpful when I contacted them, though I had to follow up once to get a clear timeline. Biggest improvement area: the mobile experience feels a bit clunky compared to desktop, especially when switching charts and managing multiple positions. Still, for basic trading and risk management, it’s been a positive experience.
