Good execution on majors, app could be smoother

I’m Arjun Sharma from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD for the last 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the execution has been solid during normal liquidity, and my orders generally fill close to the price I expect. Spreads on majors feel competitive for a Standard setup, and the platform is stable enough for day trading. Deposits were straightforward from my side and credited without drama, but I’m giving withdrawals a slightly lower score because one payout took longer than I expected due to additional verification steps (it was eventually completed). Support was helpful when I contacted them, though I had to follow up once to get a clear timeline. Biggest improvement area: the mobile experience feels a bit clunky compared to desktop, especially when switching charts and managing multiple positions. Still, for basic trading and risk management, it’s been a positive experience.
