Overall my experience with SwitchMarkets has been positive: spreads were reasonable during normal hours and the platform stayed stable even when I was checking charts on mobile. Deposits were instant for me and the balance updated right away. Withdrawals did go through, but my first one took longer than I expected because I had to redo a small verification step (my fault for uploading a blurry document). After that, the next withdrawal was smoother. Support was polite and clear, not scripted, and they explained the steps in a way that made sense. I’m giving 4 stars because I’d like a bit more transparency on estimated withdrawal timelines inside the client area, but for day-to-day trading it’s been dependable.

Account verification and the first deposit were straightforward, and the platform connection has been stable for me so far. Spreads on majors feel competitive most of the time, and my market orders usually fill without surprises. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that withdrawals, while they did arrive, took longer than I expected on one occasion and the status updates in the portal weren’t very detailed.
