Spreads felt reasonable for my style (short intraday trades) and I didn’t run into random disconnections. Deposit was smooth using a local transfer option and funds reflected the same day. The only thing that made me rate withdrawals slightly lower is that my first withdrawal took longer than I expected because I had to re-submit one verification document in the client portal. After that, the second withdrawal went through more quickly. Support was polite and clear, but I had to follow up once to get an ETA. In general I’m satisfied and will keep using it, just wish the withdrawal timeline and status updates were more transparent inside the app.
