The platform setup was straightforward and execution has been consistent during normal sessions, with only a few moments of noticeable slippage around major news. Deposits were credited quickly and the client portal is easy to navigate. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is that some costs feel a bit unclear until you see them in the history (swap and a couple of small processing charges depending on method). Support was polite and replied within the same day, but I had to ask twice to get a very direct breakdown of trading vs non-trading fees. Overall it’s a good experience so far, especially for day trading, but I’d like more transparency on all charges before funding.
