I’m Vikram from Mumbai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall the trading experience has been solid—orders go through quickly and I’m not seeing weird requotes during normal market hours. The app/portal is straightforward and the account setup didn’t take long. Deposits were generally easy, but the timing for bank transfer crediting wasn’t communicated clearly. One deposit showed as “processing” longer than I expected, and I had to check with support to confirm it was in the queue. Not a deal-breaker, but I prefer more transparent status updates. Withdrawals have worked, but the ETA feels a bit inconsistent—one was fast, another took an extra business day compared to the estimate I had in mind. Support was polite and gave me a clear answer, just not always instantly. If they improve the funding status/notifications and make withdrawal timelines more predictable, this would be close to a 5-star for me.

The platform setup was straightforward and execution has been consistent during normal sessions, with only a few moments of noticeable slippage around major news. Deposits were credited quickly and the client portal is easy to navigate. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is that some costs feel a bit unclear until you see them in the history (swap and a couple of small processing charges depending on method). Support was polite and replied within the same day, but I had to ask twice to get a very direct breakdown of trading vs non-trading fees.
