I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. The sign-up and KYC process was straightforward and I was able to get going quickly on MT5. Execution has been consistent for my style (mostly intraday with occasional holds overnight). Spreads are generally competitive during liquid hours, and I haven’t seen weird price freezes on my end. Deposits went through without hassle and the client area is simple enough for tracking balance and history. My only real gripe is that withdrawals don’t always feel “transparent.” They did arrive, but I had to double-check status updates and timelines more than I expected. Support answered, but the responses were a bit templated and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a clear ETA. Overall, I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I’d like clearer withdrawal tracking and more specific support replies.

The platform setup was straightforward and execution has been consistent during normal sessions, with only a few moments of noticeable slippage around major news. Deposits were credited quickly and the client portal is easy to navigate. What keeps me from giving 5 stars is that some costs feel a bit unclear until you see them in the history (swap and a couple of small processing charges depending on method). Support was polite and replied within the same day, but I had to ask twice to get a very direct breakdown of trading vs non-trading fees. Overall it’s a good experience so far, especially for day trading, but I’d like more transparency on all charges before funding.
