Overall the platform experience has been solid—orders go through quickly and I haven’t noticed any weird spikes that made me feel like the pricing was “off.” The spread felt reasonable for my style (I do a mix of intraday and a few swing holds), and the app/web interface is straightforward. Where it could be better: the initial verification and account setup took longer than I expected, and I had to re-upload one document because the photo wasn’t clear enough. Support was polite and eventually sorted it out, but it wasn’t instant. Smooth platform, but swaps could be clearer

Execution has felt consistent for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD intraday) and the charts/load times have been stable on my laptop. Deposits landed fast and the client area makes it easy to see balance/equity, but I wish the swap/overnight fees were shown in a more transparent way before holding positions. I had one ticket where I asked how swaps are calculated and support replied with a generic explanation first, then followed up with a clearer breakdown.
