Overall the trading side has been smooth for my day trades on majors—orders usually go through quickly and the platform feels stable even during busier sessions. Deposits were straightforward (I used a card deposit) and funds appeared in my balance without any confusion. Where it could improve is the back-office experience: some account settings and document checks felt a little slower than I expected, and the transaction history UI is not always as clear as it should be when I’m trying to reconcile my trades. Support was polite and professional, but not always fast—sometimes I had to follow up once to get a complete answer. Smooth platform, but swaps could be clearer

I’m Kavya from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Fondex on and off for the last 6 months. The onboarding was straightforward and I was trading quickly without having to fight the UI. Execution has felt consistent for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD intraday) and the charts/load times have been stable on my laptop. Deposits landed fast and the client area makes it easy to see balance/equity, but I wish the swap/overnight fees were shown in a more transparent way before holding positions. I had one ticket where I asked how swaps are calculated and support replied with a generic explanation first, then followed up with a clearer breakdown. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d rate it higher if the costs around holding positions were explained more proactively inside the platform.
