Solid execution, app could be cleaner

I’m Neha from Bengaluru and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the execution has been reliable for my style (mostly intraday), and I haven’t had random disconnects during busy sessions. Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, though they can widen around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right on the release. Deposit was smooth and credited quickly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than I expected and the status updates weren’t very descriptive, so I had to follow up once. Support was polite and cleared it up, but I’d like clearer tracking in the client portal. If they improve the UI/portal clarity and add better in-app explanations for fees/processing times, it would be close to a 5 for me.
