Smooth platform, but withdrawals could be clearer

Overall my experience with Axi has been positive: execution feels stable during normal market hours and the platform setup was straightforward. Depositing by card was quick and the funds appeared in my account without any back-and-forth. What keeps this from being a perfect score is the withdrawal process. I did receive my money, but the status updates were a bit confusing and I had to double-check the exact cut-off times and which method it would return to. Support was polite and answered, but the guidance felt a little “copy/paste” until I asked very specific questions. If you’re a new trader, it’s workable—just keep screenshots of your requests and read the withdrawal method rules carefully.
