I’m Fatima Al-Rashid from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been using Flowbank mainly for major FX pairs and a few indices. The platform feels modern and stable, and my market orders on EUR/USD were generally filled without surprises during normal liquidity. I also liked that the account dashboard is easy to understand and I could track margin and exposure quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of small UX friction points. My verification wasn’t instant and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was “unclear” even though it looked fine on my phone. After that, everything ran smoothly. Deposits worked fine for me and showed up the same day, while withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected (still received them, just took longer than a local bank transfer). Support was polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to wait for a follow-up email rather than getting a complete answer in the first chat response.

The app/web platform feels clean and stable, and I like how quickly I can find instruments and place a basic market/limit order without too many steps.
