I’m Aisha from Dubai and I’ve been using Flowbank for about 6 months mainly for FX majors and a bit of gold during the London/NY overlap. The platform looks modern, charts load quickly, and I haven’t had random disconnects on mobile, which matters when I’m managing stops. Execution has been consistent for my swing trades and shorter intraday positions. My only real negative is that the cost breakdown isn’t always obvious at first glance (spread vs. any other charges), so I had to spend time digging through statements to understand what I was paying per trade. Deposits were straightforward and showed up without drama. Withdrawals worked, but one of mine took longer than I expected because of additional verification steps, so I now plan cash-outs a few days ahead. Support was polite and followed up, but responses were not always instant. Overall: good experience and I’m comfortable trading here, just wish the pricing/fees view was more transparent in the UI.

The platform feels modern and stable, and my market orders on EUR/USD were generally filled without surprises during normal liquidity. I also liked that the account dashboard is easy to understand and I could track margin and exposure quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the onboarding/KYC pace and a couple of small UX friction points. My verification wasn’t instant and I had to re-upload one document because the first photo was “unclear” even though it looked fine on my phone. After that, everything ran smoothly. Deposits worked fine for me and showed up the same day, while withdrawals were okay but not as fast as I expected (still received them, just took longer than a local bank transfer). Support was polite and helpful, but sometimes I had to wait for a follow-up email rather than getting a complete answer in the first chat response.
