Overall the execution has been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t faced random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads felt reasonable most of the time, though during news it can widen quickly, so I avoid placing fresh orders right on the release. Deposit was smooth and reflected in my account without me having to follow up. Withdrawals did go through, but the processing took longer than I expected on one occasion, and the status updates inside the portal were not very clear. Support was polite and did respond with the right steps, but I had to nudge once to get a timeline. If they improve the dashboard clarity (especially around funding and activity reports), I’d rate it even higher. For now, it’s a solid experience with minor UX gaps.

Decent for day trading, inconsistent withdrawal ETA

I’m based in Hyderabad and have used Adx for around 7 months on a Standard account. Deposited via UPI (Google Pay) in two tranches (₹20,000 and ₹15,000). Both hit the wallet in under 20 minutes. Trading-wise, EURUSD and US30 execution is fine during normal sessions. During CPI release, I saw noticeable slippage on XAUUSD and the spread widened more than I expected, so I stopped trading news. Withdrawals are the only area where I felt uncertainty. One withdrawal of ₹8,500 came the same evening, but another (₹18,000) took almost 2 working days. Support responds on chat, but you often get “processing” updates without a firm timeline. Overall: workable, not perfect.

Decent platform, but the app feels a bit unfinished

I’m Fatima from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using ADX for the last 6 months mostly to watch prices and place a few small trades when I’m away from my laptop. The onboarding was straightforward and I like that the interface feels “local” and not overloaded with unnecessary features. What I liked: the web platform is stable, order confirmations are clear, and the overall navigation is simple. I also appreciated that support replied in a polite, professional tone when I asked a basic question about account documents. What I didn’t like: the mobile experience can feel slow during busy hours and I had a couple of moments where charts took longer than expected to load. Also, the fee/commission info is not always presented in a way that’s easy to compare before placing an order. Overall it’s okay for me as a casual, low-frequency trader, but I’d like to see performance improvements and clearer cost breakdowns inside the ticket.

Order execution has been consistent for me, and I didn’t notice weird requotes during normal market hours. Spreads are generally competitive, but they widen more than I’d like around major news, so I avoid trading CPI/NFP here. Funding the account was straightforward and my deposit reflected quickly. Withdrawals have been okay overall, but not always same-day—one request took a couple of business days longer than I expected, which is why I’m not giving full marks. Support was polite and got back to me with clear answers, but the trading interface/UI feels slightly old-school compared to newer apps. Deposit fast, but KYC/withdrawal pe follow-up karna padta

Lucknow se hoon. Adx Standard pe around 9 months se trade kar raha hoon. Deposit UPI se kiya tha (Paytm), ₹30k, within 10 minutes credit ho gaya. Pairs: EURUSD aur XAUUSD. Normal time pe spreads manageable hain, but high volatility me gold pe spread kaafi badh jata hai. Ek baar stop-loss expected price se neeche hit ho gaya (slippage). KYC initial me thoda delay hua (1 day extra), aur withdrawal me bhi mixed. ₹9k same day aaya, but ₹25k ko 2 working days lag gaye. Support reply karta hai but baar-baar ping karna padta hai. Overall average experience.
