Execution has been stable during normal sessions and I haven’t had random platform freezes on my side. Spreads feel reasonable for the instruments I trade, and order placement/modification is smooth. My main complaint is that the total cost isn’t always obvious upfront (swap/overnight and some line items in statements could be explained better). The portal is functional but not very beginner-friendly, so I had to double-check reports to reconcile costs. Support was polite and gave me a workable answer, just not always on the first message. Overall, it’s a good experience for someone who already understands trading costs, but I’d like more transparency in how charges are displayed.

Clean app, but the funding steps felt slower than expected
