Spreads are generally reasonable on the majors, and the account setup was quick once my documents were accepted. Where it can improve is the onboarding flow: the portal has a lot of small steps and I had to double-check which documents were already approved versus still pending. Support did respond, but I needed two messages to get a straight checklist. Deposits have been instant for me (bank card) and the balance updated right away. Withdrawals worked, but the processing time felt a little inconsistent—one request was done quickly and another took longer than I expected even though it was the same method.
