Solid execution, platform is clean, fees could be clearer

I’m Omar from Al Ain and I’ve been using Eightcap mainly for FX majors and gold. Account opening was straightforward and I was trading the same day. Execution on MT5 feels consistent during normal market hours and I haven’t had random disconnects. Spreads are generally fine for my style (short intraday trades), but around big news I noticed the costs widen quickly, so I avoid entering right at releases. Deposits were smooth using my card, and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawals worked, but the first time took longer than I expected because of verification and the cut-off time, so I’d like the process and timelines to be explained more clearly inside the portal. Support was helpful when I asked about margin requirements and they replied within a few hours. Overall I’m satisfied and will keep the account, but I’d give 5 stars if the funding/withdrawal page was more transparent about processing steps and expected timing.
