I’m Mariam from Ajman (UAE) and I’ve been using Errante for about 6 months on a Standard account. The sign-up and verification were straightforward and I was able to start trading without back-and-forth emails. Execution has been stable for my style (mostly majors and gold, intraday). The platform connection hasn’t dropped on me, and I haven’t had any weird order behavior. Spreads feel reasonable most of the time, although during high-volatility news I noticed they can widen more than I expected (not unique, but still something to plan for). Deposits went through quickly, and I like that the client area shows the status clearly. Withdrawals did arrive, but one of my requests took longer than the earlier ones, which is why I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and did follow up, but I think they should explain processing times and possible charges more transparently up front. Overall it’s been a positive experience and I’m comfortable continuing, just hoping for clearer fee/processing explanations and more consistent withdrawal timing.

Smooth execution on majors, but the portal feels a bit clunky

Spreads on the major pairs look competitive during normal market hours and my market orders are generally filled quickly with no weird re-quotes. I also like that the account opening was straightforward and the platform connection has been stable on my side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal. It works, but it feels slightly slow at times and some pages take an extra refresh before they update (especially when I’m checking deposit/withdrawal status). Nothing deal-breaking, just not as polished as I expected. Support was helpful when I asked about the fee schedule and trading hours—responses were clear, but not instant. If they improve the portal speed and make status updates more real-time, I’d rate it higher.
