What kept it from a 5-star for me is the platform experience on mobile—sometimes charts load a bit slow on my connection and switching between instruments isn’t always smooth. Support was polite and answered my questions about margin and swap timing, but I still had to follow up once to get a clearer step-by-step. I’d still recommend it if you care about stable execution and a simple onboarding, but I hope they improve the mobile experience and make some help articles more detailed.

Smooth execution on majors, but the portal feels a bit clunky
