The only thing that kept this from being a 5-star experience is the withdrawal process communication. My withdrawal did arrive, but I would have appreciated clearer status updates and a more detailed timeline in the client portal. Support was polite and answered my questions, but sometimes it took a follow-up message to get a complete step-by-step response. Overall, I’d still use them, just with better tracking for withdrawals.
