Spreads feel competitive most of the time on my Standard account, though they widen a bit around high-impact news, which I expect. My main issue is the withdrawal process communication. My first withdrawal wasn’t rejected, but the status updates were not very detailed, so I kept checking email and the portal to make sure everything was moving. It did arrive, but I’d prefer clearer timelines and step-by-step status messages. Support was responsive when I asked about leverage settings and account verification. They answered in one or two replies and didn’t push me to deposit more, which I appreciated. I’d rate it positively, with room to improve the transparency around withdrawals and processing stages.
