I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been using Errante on and off for about 6 months on a Standard account. Account opening and verification were straightforward, and the trading platform felt stable for my day-to-day forex trades (mostly majors). Spreads were generally competitive during normal market hours. During high-impact news I did notice the spread widening more than I expected and a couple of executions felt slightly delayed, but nothing that broke my strategy. Deposits via card worked on the first try and showed up quickly. Withdrawals were mostly fine, but one withdrawal took longer than the earlier ones and I had to follow up with support to get a clear status update. Support was polite and eventually helpful, just not always fast on the first reply. Overall I’m satisfied and would keep it as one of my accounts, but I’d like more consistent withdrawal timelines and clearer notifications when processing is slower than usual.

The platform connection has been reliable on my home Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Where they can improve is withdrawals. Solid execution, but account setup had a few hiccups

Smooth execution on majors, but the portal feels a bit clunky

Spreads on the major pairs look competitive during normal market hours and my market orders are generally filled quickly with no weird re-quotes. It works, but it feels slightly slow at times and some pages take an extra refresh before they update (especially when I’m checking deposit/withdrawal status).
