I’m Priya from Bangalore and I opened a Standard account mainly to trade EURUSD and gold on MT5. The onboarding was straightforward and I was able to verify my documents without back-and-forth. Depositing via card worked on the first attempt and the funds reflected quickly. Trading conditions have been mostly solid for my style (intraday, 1–3 trades/day). Spreads on majors felt competitive during normal hours and execution has been stable, with only occasional slippage around bigger news candles (which I expect anyway). The platform connection has been reliable on my home Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Where they can improve is withdrawals. My first withdrawal didn’t fail, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support to confirm the processing timeline. Support was polite and did respond, but the overall turnaround wasn’t as quick as the deposit side. Overall I’m continuing with them for now because the day-to-day trading experience is good, but I’d like to see more predictable withdrawal processing times.

Smooth execution on majors, but the portal feels a bit clunky

Spreads on the major pairs look competitive during normal market hours and my market orders are generally filled quickly with no weird re-quotes. I also like that the account opening was straightforward and the platform connection has been stable on my side. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal. It works, but it feels slightly slow at times and some pages take an extra refresh before they update (especially when I’m checking deposit/withdrawal status). Nothing deal-breaking, just not as polished as I expected. Support was helpful when I asked about the fee schedule and trading hours—responses were clear, but not instant. If they improve the portal speed and make status updates more real-time, I’d rate it higher.
